HOW IT WORKS

Step 1.

COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE

Our survey will ask about your contact information, medical history, and current symptoms. Make sure to have a valid id (e.g. driver’s license or id) and your insurance card (if applicable) on hand!

Step 2.

PHYSICIANS REVIEW

Your responses are then sent to our team of over 300 physicians who will review your responses, authorize your Antibody Test, and order your blood test.

Step 3.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

You’ll receive an email confirmation with a copy of your lab order and other important information.

Step 4.

LAB VISIT

When you head to the lab to get your blood drawn, make sure to have a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation and a valid id. The staff will take a small sample of blood.

Step 5.

LAB RESULTS

Tests are usually processed within 24-72 hours and results will be emailed to you.
